After we receive your art files and your order has been put into production, you will receive a proof within 48 hours provided your files are accurate and print-ready and your payment has been processed. If we design your artwork, please allow 5-7 days for a proof. All orders received after
11:30 A.M. EST. will be processed the following business day.
Please Note:
One-half hour of file pre-flight is included in the listed price. Should extra time be required,
you will be notified in advance of completing the work. Additional time charged at
$65/hr. - minimum one-half hour.
Your order will be scheduled to ship the 3rd to 5th business day* for 12pt. and the 4th to 6th business day* for 10pt. following the day of your approval.
The Promptness of your proof approval will determine your delivery date.

Although every effort will be made to adhere to this shipping schedule, due to unforeseen
circumstances, we cannot guarantee these dates. If your delivery schedule is critical, please
advise your representative and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline.
